Monthly plans are proposed standard-scope offers, subject to an initial review and written service agreement. Support allowances cover remote assistance during agreed business hours; unused hours do not roll over. Additional work is quoted or approved separately. One primary computer per included user; extra devices, licensing, security products, migrations, tenant/Intune initial deployment, hardware, project work, and after-hours support are not included unless expressly stated. Business Complete includes only the stated scheduled on-site allowance; travel and location eligibility are confirmed before agreement. No guaranteed response time, 24/7 coverage, or regulatory compliance certification is included.
